FM Fragrance Angel Application Form

 

Please read: Terms and Conditions:

 

• As a Fragrance Angel I will receive 20 - 25% commission
• There is a min order of £50 in customer orders to receive 20%
• There is a min order of £70 in customer orders to receive 25%
• Your orders must be placed via your FM Independent Distributor
• Your orders must be paid for with your Fragrance Angel discount (20% or 25%)
• As a Fragrance Angel you can choose to leave when you wish, but if you do not place an order within 3 months of starting, you have to re-join or return your brochures. 
• You cannot charge a customer more than the brochure price
• A distributor cannot with hold your order, unless you haven't paid for your order.
• As a Fragrance Angel you are responsible for yourself and your actions.
• You cannot say that FM perfumes and fragrances are bigger named brands.  FM is a brand.  If you do say FM is anything but FM it will cause allot of trouble for you and your household - please refer to the price comparison pages in the back of the brochure.
